Tasting Room Wine Samplers

tasting_room_wine_samples.jpg

I love wine, but not so much that I want to drink a bottle (or even a half) every night. I have some vacuum savers, but even those don't work if I want one glass one night, but don't want another glass until several days later.

A few weeks ago, a Groupon from Tasting Room caught my eye. Although I usually veer towards syrah or pinot noir, I sometimes get a hankering for some savignon blanc, pinot grigio, or (gasp!) chardonnay. Tasting Room's "White Essentials 2" box seemed like a good bet for me: tiny bottles (50mL each) of some excellent white wines. Their other wine samplers sound fabulous, too.

I enjoy getting a chance to try new wines without the commitment of an entire bottle, but I also like having just a small glass of wine without risking the rest of a portion going to waste.
