For the last several weeks, I've lived in Delicate Soles. And right now as I watch the Emmys, I'm willing to bet several of those celebrities have a pair in their purse (or their assistant's purse, or in their limo...) for when they slip off those high-heels and want to baby their feet while still remaining chic.
I learned about Delicate Soles through a giveaway. I was doing one of my giveaways on Prizey, and clicked around to see what my fellow bloggers were touting. Well, Delicate Soles caught my eye. I entered, but didn't win the giveaway. Nonetheless, I was interested enough to purchase a pair. I selected "onyx" since my go-to black flats are looking pretty shabby these days.
When they arrived, I fell in love. And then I purchased two more pairs: "starlight silver" and "lipstick red." The other color they sell is "pixie dust," a beautiful soft pink that I expect I'll purchase shortly.
Essentially, the Delicate Soles rollable flats are intended to be "after shoes" for when those beautiful high-heels become unbearable. (Wish I had them when I was pregnant at weddings!) But, I've used them as regular shoe-shoes. I wore then the entire time at BlogHer, and since they take up such little space in my luggage, I was able to bring all three pairs in less space than one pair of regular shoes would have commanded.
Yes, since these are thin shoes, I can feel the pebbles on the street. These aren't hiking boots. But they are absolutely perfect for padding around inside, and my tough feet think Delicate Soles are prefect for school pick-up, shopping, or otherwise wearing on errands.
Hey, these are infinitely more stylish than flip-flops!
A few mud puddles, wet grass, and even glass weren't obstacles for me in my Delicate Soles, although I suggest not taking your chances with sharp things like glass on a regular basis.
These are great "light" shoes that look fabulous and fashionable.
I received a pair of foldable flats while at BlogHer, but they weren't nearly as cute as Delicate Soles. I love the function of these compact shoes, and really enjoy the fashion of them as well.
