The Cat is on a yogurt-kick. His food preference tends to go in cycles, and right now it is stuck on "yogurt."
When I was on the Feingold Diet as a kid, there were types of Dannon and Yoplait - two readily accessible brands - available. These days, the major chain grocery store versions are not Feingold-safe. Interestingly, Safeway's generic brand has a Feingold-safe flavor, but I have yet to find it in any of the Safeway stores I've visited.
Trader Joe's probably has some brands that are Feingold-safe, and both TJ's and Safeway carry Brown Cow yogurt. The Cat eats Brown Cow, but these days his favoite flavor is lime, and Brown Cow doesn't carry it.
Instead, we're Wallaby fans:
Sure, I'd probably have bought it simply because of my affinity for all-things Australian, but really it was the Cat's lime-tongue that led us to this brand. After tiring of the vanilla (literally and figuratively) varieties of yogurt, we sought out brands that would enable the Cat to have additional flavors. (The irony here is that the Cat loves vanilla milkshakes and the like, but really needed more variety in yogurt.)
Wallaby Organic Yogurt has vanilla, but they also have vanilla bean. And banana-vanilla. They have lime. They have mango-lime. They have Bartlett pear. Sure, they have the other "standby"s like strawberry and peach, but those aren't Feingold-safe. It is rare to have combinations that include two Feingold-safe fruits together (such as the mango-lime.)

The other yogurt that the Cat has been slurping up by the gallon is Rachel's. Rachel's yogurt is made with milk that is rbST-free, which means the cows that provide the milk are not given any artificial growth hormones. Meanwhile, they add Omega-3 DHA. Exotic flavors the Cat enjoys include mango-pineapple-passion fruit and kiwi-passion fruit-lime. From the "essence" line, the Cat loves vanilla chai and pink grapefruit lychee.
Neither yogurt brand has sent me any free samples, paid me to say anything nice about the product, or otherwise know that the Cat's heart belongs to them. Similarly, the majority of other products I mention in the "Feingold Tips" section (which will grow in the next couple months!) are simply those which our family happens to use. From time to time there may be a product in there that I received free-for-review (such as with my review of Brothers All-Natural Crisps) but I will always disclose this.

So funny! I popped over here to see if you'd reviewed anything interesting lately, and I see the two brands of yogurt I just purchased this morning. The Beaner is a fan of Wallaby (banana vanilla, strawberry banana, and peach are his favorites), and I'm a fan of Rachel's Exotics (I make a breakfast of the orange-mango-strawberry or mango-pineapple-passion fruit, chopped mango, and cut-up strawberries -- yum!).
