We skipped several weeks of CSA because of our trip to Chicago, my brother's wedding, and other such fun summertime events in which I knew I either wouldn't be around to receive the bounty, or I wouldn't have time to actually cook or eat anything. But - just as the whirlwind began, I used CSA onion, CSA broccoli, and CSA eggs to create a quiche for a bridal shower for my brother's new wife.

"CSA" stands for "Community Supported Agriculture." My delivery day is Thursday, so that is why I've selected Thursdays to give you a peek inside my box.
