Stunned

I asked the Cat, "Hey, you want to eat a chocolate cat?"

He shook his head. I expected this. He doesn't want to actually eat the cats. He likes to look at them.

"A chocolate marshmallow? A peanut butter cup?" I wanted to reward him for being such a good boy today. Well, and also I wanted to eat some candy.

"No, Mommy. I can't eat candy at night."

Stunned, I asked, "Does it make you stay up?"

He nodded. "It is hard to sleep. But I will feed you candy!"

Smart little guy. Really though, i bet he won't notice if you eat a few without him!

What a great kid. He just knew you wanted candy and wanted to make you feel better about eating it. ;)

A dentist visited Tacy's class on the day after Halloween, and she came home to inform us that vegetables are GOOD (thumbs up) and candy is BAD (thumbs down). I asked her if she wanted me to throw out all of her Halloween candy, and she was forced to soften her hard-line stance just a tad.

If you can get a picture of the Cat feeding you candy, that would be awesome!
